Ghar Thak is a cash-on-delivery city-local mall. Our returns and COD rules are simple and the same for everyone.

We do not accept returns or exchanges

Once you have paid the rider and accepted the order, Ghar Thak does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please decide carefully at the door before you pay.

Parcels are allowed to be opened

Parcels are allowed to be opened. When the rider arrives, you may open the package and check that the items look right before you hand over cash. That inspect-on-delivery step is your main protection as a COD customer. Riders should give you a fair chance to inspect before collecting payment.

After you pay and accept

If you pay and accept the order after inspection, the sale is final. We will not take the goods back for change-of-mind, size preference, or similar reasons.

Damaged, wrong items, or COD refusal

If something is clearly damaged, missing, or obviously not what you ordered, do not pay — refuse the order after a fair check and tell the rider (COD refusal). If you already paid and only then discover a serious issue, contact Ghar Thak support promptly with your order details; we will review case by case, but there is no general right to return.

Fair use

Inspect reasonably and promptly at delivery. Repeated abusive refusals or fraud may lead to account limits. Sellers and riders remain responsible for careful packing and handling as set out in our Terms.
